There was a time when I didn’t know who I was. I thought I’d find my identity through job titles, relationships, or the roles I played in different spaces, but they never seemed to bring me the clarity I craved. Even when I joined my church, I still felt as though I was hiding behind walls I’d built, unsure how to present my true self to the world. Like so many, I was caught between the desire to be authentic and the hesitation of truly being seen. Looking back now, it’s clear to me that those years were a preparation stage, one where I’d need a few profound influences to push me into a new chapter.

This journey wasn’t all smooth and easy; it was filled with prayers, journaling, self-reflection, and a lot of inner work. I had to confront fear, doubt, and low self-esteem and challenge the ways I’d been holding myself back. I spent nights praying and reflecting, asking God to help me find the courage to show up authentically. Through this process, I realized that it wasn’t enough to stay behind the scenes; I wanted to guide others in their journeys, to support them as they step out and present their best selves to the world.

In the beginning, I was a quiet, reserved individual who avoided putting myself out there, unsure if my story had value. Today, I’m a Social Media Consultant and brand builder who understands that my story—every setback, every triumph—has given me the compassion and insight to help others. I now create safe spaces where people can grow, build, and celebrate their brands without fear of judgment. I understand the anxiety of being vulnerable, the hesitation of putting yourself out there, and the challenge of finding a voice that’s true to you.
