What 31 Days of Going Live Taught Me About Showing Up

There is something interesting that happens when you commit to showing up every day.

This past month, I completed another daily live video series on my YouTube channel called Let’s Be Real. Every day, I went live and talked about topics that many entrepreneurs don’t always discuss openly. We talked about self-sabotage, inconsistency, distractions, overthinking, confidence, and the habits that quietly hold us back.

What surprised me wasn’t the content.

It was what the process revealed.

As business owners, we spend so much time chasing growth that we rarely stop to ask ourselves an important question:

Can I stay committed when nobody is paying attention?

Because most of the work required to build a business happens long before the results show up.

The sale doesn’t happen because of one post.

The opportunity doesn’t come because of one video.

The breakthrough doesn’t happen because of one week of effort.

It happens because of the hundreds of small decisions you make when nobody is watching.

Showing up every day reminded me that visibility is not really about algorithms, trends, or even social media.

It’s about trust.

Trusting yourself enough to continue even when you don’t feel motivated.

Trusting the process enough to keep planting seeds.

Trusting that your message still matters, even on the days it feels like it’s landing in silence.

Many entrepreneurs believe they have a content problem.

In reality, they often have a confidence problem.

They know what they need to do.

They know they should post.

They know they should talk about their business.

They know they should share their expertise.

But somewhere along the way, they start waiting for certainty before taking action.

The problem is certainty rarely comes first.

Action comes first.

Confidence follows.

Every live video I completed this month was another reminder that growth isn’t built in the moments when everything feels easy.

Growth is built in the moments when you decide to continue anyway.

If you’ve been waiting for the perfect strategy, the perfect plan, or the perfect time to start showing up, let this be your reminder:

You don’t need more information.

You need more repetition.

The entrepreneurs who grow are often not the most talented.

They’re the ones who stay visible long enough for people to remember they exist.

As we move into a new month, I want to encourage you to stop focusing solely on outcomes and start paying attention to your habits.

Are you showing up?

Are you keeping promises to yourself?

Are you giving people enough opportunities to discover what you do?

Success is rarely built through one big moment.

It’s built through small acts of consistency repeated over and over again.

Keep showing up.

Someone is watching.

Someone is learning from you.

Someone is waiting for the solution you provide.

And most importantly, you’re becoming the person capable of carrying the success you’re working toward.

One day at a time.
